What is the shipping policy?
Kimberly Ovitz only offers shipping within the domestic United States at this time.
All orders are shipped UPS Ground or UPS 2nd Day Air and will require a signature upon delivery.
Please note 2nd Day Air delivery to Alaska or Hawaii can take several days longer.
Please allow one to two business days to process your order for shipment in addition to the time indicated by your preferred method of shipping (i.e. Ground or 2nd Day Air).
UPS Ground – Approximately 7-10 business days for delivery
UPS 2nd Day Air – Approximately 3-5 business days for delivery
Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses, which are not available through UPS.
Orders cannot be shipped COD.
All orders are processed during normal Kimberly Ovitz business hours, 9am-5pm (EST), Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

The shipping fee will be calculated upon check-out based on the destination of your order, and you will be able to review the amount before confirming your order.
A confirmation email will be sent to you once your purchase has been charged and is in processing.
If you are not completely satisfied or if there is a discrepancy with your order, please retain all documentation/packaging and contact us immediately by sending an email to customerservice@kimberlyovitz.com
What is the return policy?
All return requests should be sent in writing to customerservice@kimberlyovitz.com, a return code will be issued along with the return mailing address by Kimberly Ovitz Customer Service
Any Kimberly Ovitz merchandise purchased online should be returned within 14 days of purchase.
Returned merchandise should include receipt, Kimberly Ovitz packaging and hang tags and be in the same condition as when it was received.
Used, worn and/or washed merchandise cannot be returned unless defective.
Sale and online clearance merchandise cannot be returned.
When a gift is returned, a Merchandise Credit Gift Card will be issued to the gift recipient for the amount of the returned merchandise. The card can be used for a future purchase from KimberlyOvitz.com.
KimberlyOvitz.com merchandise cannot be exchanged or returned to a licensed retailer of Kimberly Ovitz merchandise.
